3. Booking and Payment Terms

Full payment is required before work begins. For custom solutions, we offer a free 30-minute discovery call to discuss requirements and provide a tailored quote.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot without any charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee to cover planning and resource costs.

5. Delivery Timelines

Turnaround times vary by package:

• Fastest delivery: within 24 hours
• Typical delivery: within 3–5 business days

Exact timelines will be communicated upon booking.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary access to locations, products, or people
• Ensuring all relevant permissions and approvals
• Arriving on time and being shoot-ready
• Obtaining any necessary model or location releases
• Ensuring content provided to Cappuccino Studio (e.g. logos, music, branding assets) is licensed and cleared for use

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

You will receive full commercial usage rights to the delivered work. Cappuccino Studio retains copyright and reserves the right to feature select work in our portfolio or for promotional use, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, technical issues, or third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, equipment failure, or acts of government.

10. Data Retention

Final edited files are retained for 30 days after delivery. Raw footage and original files may be deleted unless an extended storage arrangement is agreed in writing.

11. Service Quality Assurance

Cappuccino Studio commits to delivering work with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

12. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
